Question 1

Where do you provide mobile tire service?

Accepted Answer

We are a mobile service-area business based in Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. We come to your car at home, at work, or at the roadside across Middlesex, Union, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, and Bergen Counties - from Perth Amboy up through Hackensack.

Question 2

What are your hours of operation?

Accepted Answer

We are open Monday through Saturday, 24 hours. We are closed on Sunday.

Question 3

What information do I need when I call?

Accepted Answer

Tell us where the vehicle is sitting, what happened (flat, dead battery, low fuel, etc.), and the tire size printed on the sidewall (e.g. 225/50R17) if you can safely see it.

Question 4

Can you fix my tire where my car is parked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our mobile tire van is equipped with heavy-duty jacks, air compressors, and commercial tire equipment to repair punctures, mount new tires, or balance wheels directly in your driveway, parking lot, or roadside shoulder.

Question 5

Can every flat tire be patched?

Accepted Answer

No. Tread punctures up to 1/4 inch are generally repairable with a patch-plug from the inside. Shoulder and sidewall damage, cuts, and tires driven flat usually mean replacement. We make the final call when we see the tire - some damage is only visible from the inside.

Question 6

What if my tire cannot be repaired?

Accepted Answer

We carry and source matching replacement tires, or we can install your vehicle's spare tire so you can get moving again immediately.

Question 7

What other roadside services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

In addition to mobile flat tire repair and new tire mounting, we provide spare tire installation, TPMS sensor service, tire rotation, rim repair, jump starts, fuel gas delivery, and mobile roadside assistance.

Question 8

How do I pay for mobile service?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made on site after the service is completed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
