1. Service Scope & Dispatch
On Site Mobile Tire Service provides on-site mobile tire repair, replacement, balancing, and roadside assistance across designated service areas in Middlesex County and Central Jersey. When you request service, you agree to provide an accurate description of the vehicle location, terrain, and condition.
2. On-Site Assessment & Safety
Our technician inspects the tire and wheel on site. We reserve the right to decline repair if damage exceeds safe industry guidelines (such as sidewall punctures, internal run-flat damage, or structural cord separation). If a repair is unsafe, we will advise on tire replacement or spare tire mounting options.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service on site. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Dispatch and diagnostic fees may apply once a unit is sent to your location.
4. Customer Obligations
The vehicle owner or authorized driver must be present or accessible at the vehicle location unless prior arrangements have been made. You must ensure the vehicle is situated in an area where our service truck can safely park and operate hydraulic jacks.
