1What We Will Ask You
When you call (848) 203-6243, our operator will quickly collect the crucial information needed to dispatch the correct mobile unit with the proper tools and tire stock:
- Where the car is located: Exact street address, landmark, driveway, parking lot row, or highway mile marker / exit.
- What happened: Flat tire, sudden puncture, blow-out, dead battery, low gas, or TPMS warning light.
- Tire size from the sidewall: If you can safely look at the side of your tire, read us the raised numbers (e.g. 225/50R17). This ensures we bring a matching replacement tire if repair is not possible.
2What To Do While You Wait
Your safety is the highest priority while standing near traffic:
- Get off the active roadway: If you safely can, pull as far onto the shoulder or into a nearby parking lot as possible.
- Turn hazard lights on: Switch on your vehicle hazard flashers so approaching drivers can see you clearly.
- Stay out of traffic: Remain inside the vehicle with your seatbelt fastened, or stand behind a highway barrier well away from active lanes. Never stand directly behind or in front of a car stopped on a shoulder.
3What Happens When We Arrive
Our mobile service van arrives equipped with heavy-duty commercial jacks, air power, tire mounting machines, and computer balancers. Our technician inspects the damage from both the outside and inside of the tire. If the tire can be safely repaired according to industry puncture standards, we perform a complete interior patch-plug repair. If the sidewall or shoulder is compromised, we mount and balance your replacement tire or install your spare tire.
How You Pay
Payment is handled on site upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. You will receive a itemized receipt directly to your phone or email.
