Your tire cannot be repaired and you need a replacement - but you cannot drive on a flat to get to a shop. You are stuck in a driveway, a parking garage, or a work lot, and you need the new tire brought to you.
We bring the tire shop to you. On Site Mobile Tire Service handles tire replacement, mounting, and balancing right where your car is sitting - at home, at work, or at the roadside.
When you call, the most helpful thing you can do is read us the tire size printed on the sidewall. That tells us what fits your wheel so we come prepared.

- 1
Read us your tire size from the sidewall
Look at the side of the tire. You will see a string of numbers and letters, something like 225/50R17. Here is what each part means:
- 225 - the tire width in millimeters.
- 50 - the sidewall height as a percentage of the width (the aspect ratio).
- R - radial construction.
- 17 - the wheel diameter in inches that the tire fits.
Read that whole string to us on the phone. If you cannot see it, tell us your vehicle year, make, and model and we will work with you on the correct size.
- 2
We come to your car
We arrive at your home, workplace, or roadside location with the replacement tire and the equipment to do the full mount and balance on site.
- 3
We remove the old tire and mount the new one
The wheel comes off the vehicle. We break the old tire off the rim, mount the new tire, and seat it onto the wheel.
- 4
We balance the wheel
A balanced wheel spins evenly, which prevents vibration and uneven wear. We balance the mounted tire and wheel assembly before it goes back on your car.
- 5
We reinstall and torque the wheel
The balanced wheel goes back on your vehicle and the lug nuts are tightened to the proper torque. You are back on the road.
What to Do While You Wait
Safety first. If you are on the road, get off it if you safely can - onto a shoulder, side street, or parking lot.
Keep your hazard lights on so other drivers can see your stopped car.
Stay out of traffic. If you cannot get fully off the road, stay inside the vehicle with your seatbelt on.
If you can safely read the sidewall size, write it down so you have it ready when you call.
When This Fixes It
When your old tire cannot be repaired and you need a replacement, a new tire mounted and balanced on site gets you back on the road without driving on a flat.
A balanced wheel rides smoothly with no vibration at speed.
When It Doesn't
If more than one tire is damaged, each one needs its own replacement - we cannot make one tire cover two wheels.
If the wheel itself is bent or cracked, a new tire alone will not solve a vibration or air leak. See our Rim Repair page for wheel damage.
We will tell you honestly what we find when we see the tire and wheel in person.
