Jump Start Service - Dead Battery? We Come to You

We come to you - whether you're at home, at work, or at the roadside.

You turned the key or pushed the button and nothing happened. Maybe you hear a click, maybe the lights are dim, maybe it is completely dead. Your battery died and you are stuck in a driveway, a work parking lot, or a parking garage.

We come to you and jump start your vehicle where it sits - at home, at work, or at the roadside. On Site Mobile Tire Service brings a booster pack so you do not need a second car or a set of cables.

A jump gets the car running. But if the battery keeps dying, it needs to be tested or replaced - and we will tell you that honestly.

What We Do on This Job

  1. 1

You call and tell us what the car is doing

Tell us where the car is and what happens when you try to start it - clicking, dim lights, or nothing at all. That helps us come prepared.

  2. 2

    We come to your car

We arrive at your home, workplace, or roadside location with a booster pack. You do not need to find a second vehicle or a set of jumper cables.

  3. 3

We connect and start the vehicle

We connect the booster pack to your battery and start the vehicle. We make sure it is running before we pack up.

  4. 4

We tell you honestly what we see

If the battery is clearly old or the car has been dying repeatedly, we let you know. A jump gets you running today, but a battery that keeps dying needs to be tested or replaced.

What to Do While You Wait

Safety first. A dead battery is usually low-risk, but if you are in a parking garage or a remote lot, lock your doors while you wait.

Do not keep cranking the starter repeatedly - it can overheat and cause damage.

If you are at the roadside, keep your hazard lights on and stay out of traffic.

Stay with the vehicle so we can find you when we arrive.

When This Fixes It

If the battery was drained by leaving a light on or sitting unused, a jump gets the car running and the alternator charges it back up as you drive.

Clicking often means the battery has enough power to move the starter solenoid but not enough to crank the engine - a jump usually handles that.

Dim lights and a slow crank point to a weak battery that a jump can get going.

When It Doesn't

If the car is completely dead - no lights, no click, nothing at all - it could be a battery cable, a fuse, or another electrical issue, not just a dead battery.

A battery that keeps dying after you jump it needs to be tested or replaced. A jump does not fix a bad battery or a failing alternator.

We are honest about it: a jump gets the car running, but it does not diagnose every starting problem. We tell you what we find.
